Recurring By Cycle

Click on the meeting that you want to repeat. Then click on the "Cycle Meetings" extension on the bar on the left.

Then click on "Repeat Event on Cycle" and wait until you see a message that says "Success. The events were copied successfully." You may need to refresh for the events to show up.

Sometimes you'll start to see an error that says something like "Exception: You have been creating or deleting too many calendars or calendar events in a short time..." You can normally ignore this and close the extension as all of the copies of the event should still have gotten made. If they don't, you can try again or reach out to us.

Recurring By Week

If your club meets on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc... schedule simply use the built in repeat event feature in google calendar.

For things like bi-weekly meetings choose the custom option in the menu. An example showing how to set up bi-weekly meetings is shown below.
